Summary

Join Outbrain as an Account Executive and help accelerate our growing Mid-Market business. As a strong dealmaker, you will source and build a revenue pipeline, and move prospects consistently through to closing. You will work with a growing, focused, and already successful team as we look to expand our U.S. presence.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital media sales with a focus on performance based media and technology
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, with a track record of delivering results
  • Ability to predictably forecast and execute on business goals
  • Think strategically, and use a consultative sales approach, with the ability to adapt easily in different environments and with different contacts
  • Proven track record of fostering relationships with key decision makers
  • Ability to bring together multiple buyers in the same company to build groundswell
  • Motivated and driven with a relentless work ethic
  • Team player and work collaboratively across internal peers, support teams and leadership, with the goal of helping increase revenue

Responsibilities

  • Drive the relationships with brands and independent agencies with a consultative approach and customer-centric vision
  • Create and maintain trusted contacts with new business clients to drive revenue and build long term partnerships
  • Use problem solving and collaborative skills to find ways around objections to create meaningful opportunities
  • Meet with people of different experiences and backgrounds including international teams to share insights and wins
