Summary

Join Plivo's International sales team as an Inside Sales Executive, responsible for inbound leads in APAC & EMEA regions. Qualify leads, make sales presentations, negotiate deals, and close sales.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in B2B sales as an Inside sales executive
  • Must be based in Bangalore, India
  • Knowledge of working with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo etc
  • Excellent communication, articulation and active listening skills
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, including qualifying leads, objection handling, commercial negotiations and closing deals
  • Experience of selling both to a business and a technical audience
  • Ability to pick up
  • Demonstrated success by achieving quota on a consistent basis
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and having the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time

Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for Inbound leads
  • Qualify leads by evaluating their needs, budget & assessing interest in Plivo’s offering
  • Must be able to articulate Plivo’s capabilities and overcome objections to closure
  • Prepare formal commercial proposals and present them to the decision makers
  • Liaise with relevant internal teams & ensure successful onboarding and speedy contract closure
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management in a timely and consistent manner
