Summary

Join Unbounce, a leader in landing page and conversion intelligence, as an Account Executive to provide best-in-class experience to evaluators of Unbounce. In this role, you will be part of the Sales Team and report directly to the Director, Sales.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in the SaaS or software, working with digital marketing agencies or bigger brands a plus
  • Strong communication and writing skills; this includes being warm, polished and confident on the phone, good listening skills, giving and receiving feedback, public speaking skills, presentation skills and non-verbal communications
  • Knowledgeable about technology and SaaS business model
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Works cooperatively with others to be a part of a team. Includes conflict management, relationship-building and social skills that foster positive and collaborative work environments
  • Time and Resource Management: The ability to manage time and resources to effectively prioritize and complete tasks
  • Customer Orientation: The ability and willingness to find out what the customer wants and needs and to act accordingly, taking the organization’s costs and benefits into account
  • Attention to Detail: The ability to process detailed information effectively and consistently
  • Adaptability: Involves the ability to effectively adapt to a variety of situations, individuals or groups. The ability to understand and appreciate different and opposing perspectives on an issue, to adapt an approach as the requirements of a situation change, and to change or easily accept changes in one’s own organizational or job requirements

Responsibilities

  • Create a best-in-class experience for evaluators of Unbounce by providing exceptional customer service over email, phone and our video call software
  • Ensure Concierge prospects have a quick response time by overseeing and managing hand-offs from other members of the Activation Team through various inbound channels
  • Qualifying our prospective customers’ needs, identify their challenges, and demonstrate how both Unbounce and Conversion Intelligence can help solve these challenges and how they can achieve their marketing goals (rather than just promoting a product)
  • Understand and advise prospects on the principles of Conversion Intelligence at an advanced level
  • Experiment with new ideas that contribute to optimizing our Sales strategy and amplify the impact our team has on the wider organization
  • Take on projects that contribute to CS, Enablement and Activation Team initiatives
  • Liaising with the Product and Marketing teams with enhancement requests and product feedback
  • Take an active role in documenting and updating team processes; this would include tasks such as managing vacation, keeping track of ongoing team experiments, documenting updated sales processes and using the LMS
  • Provide and seek feedback proactively to help those around you develop
