Summary

Join Unbounce and Insightly as a Mid Market Account Executive to foster growth with Mid Market Enterprises. This role requires an experienced sales professional with a consultative approach, track record of growing sales, and polished communication skills.

Requirements

  • With over 8 years of on-quota, B2B sales experience in competitive markets
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience successfully selling to Mid Market Enterprises
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation, CRM, or Project Management software is a big plus
  • Your track record speaks for itself—you consistently exceed sales goals by closing new business and maximizing opportunities through cross-selling and upselling
  • You excel in managing large, complex sales engagements that involve multiple departments and product suites
  • Excellent communication and contract negotiation skills are second nature to you
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, working closely with Customer Success, Engineering, and Customer Loyalty teams

Responsibilities

  • Be a driving force in the success of Insightly’s goals through consistently achieving individual quarterly sales goals
  • Develop and execute on territory plans to build, grow and close outbound pipelines in Mid Market level accounts
  • Navigate and negotiate complex transactions through the development of executive-level relationships with key prospects
  • Manage multiple opportunities through the entire sales cycle with a team of resources
  • Create and deliver customized sales presentations and high-impact demonstrations for CXX level engagements via web conferencing tools
  • Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results
  • Cross-functionally work with Customer Loyalty, Marketing, Product and Engineering to provide critical customer feedback loops that influence product roadmap to improve overall customer experience
  • Execute on Insightly’s multi-product go-to-market strategy
  • Active participation and engagement in a team environment including but not limited to mentoring, leading team discussions and initiatives as well as team-building exercises

Benefits

  • Base salary of $105,000 - $125,000 USD + commission (for US applicants)
  • Base salary of $124,762 - $142,762 CAD + commission (for Canadian applicants)
