Requirements

  • A university degree in business, economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar B2B sales role within the SMB market
  • A proven track record of smashing quotas and delivering results
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Leverage multiple channels (calls, LinkedIn, email, automation tools, and more) to engage potential clients
  • Maintain a healthy, data-driven pipeline and be a CRM champion
  • Meet and exceed your sales targets โ€”your success drives our success
  • Follow established processes for new partner acquisition and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with our international New Business team to share insights and strategies
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights to continuously refine your approach
  • Provide valuable feedback to marketing and management, ensuring our solutions evolve with market demands

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data-driven prospecting campaigns is a plus
  • Fluent in German(native or similar) + strong command of English. Additional languages are a bonus!
