Summary

Join Stralynn, a fast-growing digital transformation consultancy, as their first Enterprise Account Executive. Work directly with the CEO and founding team to expand the customer base, shape the sales playbook, and close high-value consulting engagements. This high-impact, high-autonomy role requires experience in complex sales environments and selling to senior executives in financial and technology enterprises. You will own the full sales cycle, generate and qualify pipeline, and collaborate with the CEO to improve sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of closing high-ACV deals and experience selling to VP and C-level executives. Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in IT consulting or digital transformation services
  • Experienced track record in taking up revenue targets and deal closure
  • Strong closer with a track record of sourcing and closing high-ACV deals ($100K+)
  • Experience selling to VP and C-level executives (CFO, CCO, VP of Business Systems, etc.)
  • Skilled at leveraging partner-led sales motions and navigating complex buying groups
  • Deep familiarity with financial services, fintech, cybersecurity, or PE-backed portfolio companies
  • Entrepreneurial and structured- thrives in fast-moving environments with minimal oversight
  • Excellent communicator and strategic relationship builder

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — for enterprise consulting and transformation deals ($150K–$3 MM ACV)
  • Generate and qualify pipeline via outbound prospecting, warm intro campaigns, and partner referrals
  • Close deals with VP, CFO, and CCO-level buyers in financial services, private equity, and high-tech sectors
  • Collaborate with the CEO to sharpen messaging, iterate playbooks, and establish scalable sales motion
  • Deepen relationships with current and past clients for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion
  • Partner with delivery and ops to ensure seamless handoffs and measurable client outcomes
  • Track and improve metrics around win rates, velocity, and top-of-funnel activity
  • Contribute to early revenue forecasting, CRM processes, and sales tooling decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as the first or early sales hire at a B2B consulting/services firm
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
  • Experience working with global or cross-border delivery teams
