Join Global Knowledge, a leading provider of IT and professional skills training, as an Account Executive for Instructor Led Training (Enterprise Accounts). In this role, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a defined customer base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities, serving as the primary point of contact for all products and services. This position requires a results-driven sales professional with a passion for technology and education, who can identify customer needs, develop tailored training solutions, and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of direct sales experience, selling IT training solutions, to IT management & director level
- Able to understand IT Director & L&D Director challenges
- Fluency in English and local language
- Experience of working across the defined territory/region
- Ability to navigate from transactional sales with short cycles (1 week) to longer sales cycles (2 months)
- Ability to exceed sales targets, a keen understanding of the steps involved in a sales cycle and ability to leverage each stage to advance the sale
- Advanced understanding of customer’s business, curious, pushes the customer, has a broad view/perspective
- Ability to prospect with a structured activity model to maximize revenue growth
- Skilled at demonstrating solutions and speaking the language of IT corporate buyers and respectfully challenge their thinking
- Ability to collaborate and leverage subject matter expertise in a matrixed sales environment
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, competitive, and demonstrate a positive, winning attitude
- Negotiate effectively based on value and time to close
