Summary
Join Skillsoft as a Pre-sales and Solutions Executive and play a key role in supporting sales teams in Belgium and the Netherlands. Your primary focus will be assisting in the day-to-day management and growth of the ILT business in the Benelux region and wider Europe. You will enable sales teams to respond to customer opportunities quickly and effectively, maximizing growth. This role involves developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring solutions align with customer and market expectations. You will be responsible for sales support, RFP responses, product portfolio development, and stakeholder engagement. Success will be measured by profitability, RFP win ratios, and Net Promoter Score.

Responsibilities
- Sales Support - To work with sales on all requests that require a tailored or bespoke customer response. This may include but is not limited to the following activities
- Tracking of Sales Requests and maintenance of SLAβs
- Identification of Subject Matter Experts
- Scoping calls with Customer, Trainer and Account Exec
- Provision of Solution Costings and Statements of Work (SOW)
- Liaising with Vendors, Partners and Suppliers when required
- P&L management . The costing of a solution is a key element of this role and an awareness of all the financial aspects that could affect the profitability of the solutions is essential. To cost effectively one should also be aware of competitive market pricing and be able to recommend any changes of the pricing policy to the product teams
- RFP and tender Responses : β Responding to a tender is not always just about the solutions. Be prepared to be involved in cross-functional teams as we look to ensure all elements of an RFP are completed
- Product Portfolio Development: Provide feedback to both the product and sales leadership teams based on customer engagements. This feedback is designed to provide insight into potential new course development based on RFP and bespoke requests
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including OEM vendors, partners, suppliers, and channel partners in the satisfaction of market needs and strengthening GKβs market leadership position
- This is not intended to be a full description of duties and you will be expected to assist in other duties as and when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in learning, certification, or professional services with an expertise toward technology and its associated fields is a bonus
- French would be an added bonus
