Join AffiniPay's high-growth sales team as an Account Executive to capture new mid-market opportunities and accelerate expansion. You will manage the full sales cycle for mid-market clients, build pipeline through various outreach methods, deeply understand client challenges, and deliver impactful demos and proposals. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of full-cycle closing experience in SaaS sales, a proven track record of exceeding quota, and a consultative selling style. Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle closing experience, preferably in SaaS sales to mid-market or larger accounts
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quota
- Consultative, solutions-focused selling style with the ability to influence and educate buyers
- Self-starter with strong business acumen, confidence in deal strategy, and comfort navigating complex orgs
- Competitive edge, but also a true team player who shares best practices and lifts others up
- Proficiency in Salesforce; experience with tools like Gong or Outreach is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle for mid-market clients — from prospecting and discovery to demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Build pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and referrals
- Deeply understand client challenges and align them with the value of AffiniPay’s industry-leading solutions
- Deliver high-impact product demos and business case proposals to decision-makers
- Negotiate sound financial agreements which are solid business solutions for our software solutions and our clients
- Accurately forecast and track sales activity in Salesforce; meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual revenue goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in legal tech, fintech, or selling into professional services verticals
- Familiarity with value-selling frameworks (e.g., Sandler, MEDDIC)
