Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Deep expertise in a consultative sales methodology, ideally within the SaaS industry
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- A genuine curiosity and a growth mindset—you view challenges as opportunities and are constantly seeking ways to learn and improve
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive results
- Experience succeeding in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
Responsibilities
- Drive the entire consultative sales process from initial prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing key new accounts
- Craft and present powerful demonstrations that clearly articulate PartnerStack’s value proposition, aligning our solution with the unique business challenges and goals of prospective clients
- Expertly navigate client questions and handle objections with credibility and empathy, establishing yourself as a trusted expert in the partnerships space
- Meticulously build, manage, and forecast an accurate sales pipeline to drive predictable revenue growth
- Win a Collaborate closely with our Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to build winning strategies and ensure a seamless customer journey from day one
