Join Greenhouse as a Mid-Market I Account Executive and become a key player in our Sales team, contributing significantly to the company's growth. You will focus on a strategic customer segment, managing qualified leads from our SDR team and conducting in-depth product demos. Success in this role requires being a product evangelist, a confident salesperson with a proven track record, a skilled consultant, and a positive team player. You will drive the sales process to meet and exceed quarterly goals and actively prospect to supplement lead flow. Requirements

  • Demonstrated full-cycle sales experience handling complex deals (at least 5-figure deals)
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding quota
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
