Requirements
- Have 2+ years experience first-line managing high-performing SaaS sales teams
- Have 5+ years of sales quota carrying experience selling software-led products
- Be willing and able to support team members with critical deals by reflecting, coaching and strategizing with individual contributors
- Be able to accurately forecast sales results and build executive trust in owning a teamβs quota
- Be an excellent communicator with great presentation skills
- Be able to effectively articulate and leverage the Forerunner value proposition to win the trust of customers and your team
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a dynamic team of Account Executives
- Act as an escalation point for closing challenging deals and provide ongoing deal support to team members
- Support the team to close new deals
- Articulate the value of Forerunner
- Prioritize the sales pipeline to align with business goals
- Develop scalable sales strategies
- Contribute to product strategy by engaging with Product and Engineering teams based on your learnings in the field
