Requirements

  • Have 2+ years experience first-line managing high-performing SaaS sales teams
  • Have 5+ years of sales quota carrying experience selling software-led products
  • Be willing and able to support team members with critical deals by reflecting, coaching and strategizing with individual contributors
  • Be able to accurately forecast sales results and build executive trust in owning a team’s quota
  • Be an excellent communicator with great presentation skills
  • Be able to effectively articulate and leverage the Forerunner value proposition to win the trust of customers and your team

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a dynamic team of Account Executives
  • Act as an escalation point for closing challenging deals and provide ongoing deal support to team members
  • Support the team to close new deals
  • Articulate the value of Forerunner
  • Prioritize the sales pipeline to align with business goals
  • Develop scalable sales strategies
  • Contribute to product strategy by engaging with Product and Engineering teams based on your learnings in the field
