Requirements

  • 5-8 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience
  • Direct affiliate marketing experience (in-house, agency, network)
  • Knowledge of Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Advanced Excel capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Train, coach, and develop team members to execute effective marketing campaigns
  • Serve as a conduit for upward and downward communication and maintain team morale
  • Delegate tasks clearly, setting expectations and clarifying boundaries
  • Lead the team through difficult situations while maintaining motivation
  • Participate in firm-building initiatives, including DEI, cross-team collaboration, and cultural initiatives
  • Consistently provide superior client service and act as a point of contact
  • Escalate issues or key risks as appropriate
  • Ensure client trust by overseeing client outputs and communication
  • Develop and nurture excellent client relationships, aiming for high satisfaction and retention rates (NPS of 8+)
  • Use data strategically to analyze campaigns and provide client insights and recommendations
  • Perform routine sales projections for client programs and individual opportunities
  • Coach others in data analysis, reporting, and sales projection
  • Manage successful client programs by developing effective strategies and tactical plans
  • Prioritize tactics to align with client goals and proactively adjust goals when necessary
  • Oversee efficiencies across all deliverables to maximize client spend and managed revenue
  • Consistently demonstrate intellectual curiosity and challenge the status quo
  • Pitch new or out-of-the-box pub dev or campaign opportunities
  • Manage multiple campaigns with solid organizational skills and prioritization based on client objectives
  • Maintain a full grasp of each client's SOW and deliver on terms
  • Identify new opportunities to drive client success and address goal misalignments
  • Bring solutions to resolve issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Previous experience managing and motivating direct reports
