Summary

Join Point as our Affiliate Marketing Manager and contribute to the growth of our affiliate marketing program. You will own the day-to-day execution, working with partners to optimize campaigns and increase customer acquisition. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new affiliates, developing channel insights, and presenting recommendations to leadership. This role requires 5+ years of experience in financial services or platform technology, with a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes against targets. Proficiency in data-driven analysis and excellent communication skills are essential. Requirements

  • 5+ years of financial services or platform technology experience, ideally in a partnerships, channel marketing, or marketing analytics role
  • Experience defining objectives for external stakeholders and achieving successful outcomes against targets
  • Proficient at data-driven analysis, preferably in a commercial or marketing channel management context
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Can effectively engage, manage, and influence internal and external stakeholders across various disciplines (e.g., Marketing, Product, external leaders)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including managing plans, resources, and people to ensure timely project completion
  • Collaborative working style and a willingness to contribute to all aspects of a team’s work product
  • Familiarity with partner management platforms (e.g., Impact, Everflow)

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day execution to grow Point’s affiliate marketing channel within performance targets
  • Work with new partners on tailoring campaign launch plans to maximize performance during the go-to-market phase
  • Work with existing partners to refine customer acquisition strategies, with the goal of increasing volume, efficiency, or both
  • Identify and qualify new affiliate prospects
  • Develop channel insights and recommendations, and present them to leadership

  • In addition, all employees will receive 4 weeks of fully paid transition time. For four weeks after returning from parental leave, and following the use of all other paid leave benefits, you may work part-time, meaning two or three days per week, and receive 100% of regular base pay
