Summary
Join Connecteam, a TLV-based startup revolutionizing the work experience for deskless employees, as a driven Account Manager. You will spearhead upselling and cross-selling efforts to expand our customer base and boost revenue. This quota-carrying role involves managing the full sales cycle, collaborating with SDR and CSM teams, and becoming a product expert. You will analyze customer data, represent Connecteam's exceptional customer service, and influence product development based on customer feedback. The position demands managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and requires strong communication and collaboration skills. Requirements
- One year of experience as an Account Manager/Account Executive at a SaaS company - MUST
- Energetic, positive, and motivated - MUST
- Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels in an organization
- Ability for self-learning and highly independent
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and busy work environment
- Working remotely from 9:00 AM to 6 PM Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
- The Account Manager position is a quota-carrying position; you will own the full sales cycle, managing your own account pipeline and contributing to the teamβs pipeline
- Becoming a product expert
- Analyze customer data to identify expansion opportunities
- Be the face of the company β Connecteam is known for our outstanding customer service and approach
- Collaborate with SDR and CSM teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Influence the product based on customers' demands and needs
- Manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
