Summary
Join FreeWill, a social-good startup, as an Account Manager on the Partner Success team. This full-time, remote position requires working during general business hours (9-5pm ET) and involves managing relationships with nonprofit organizations. The role focuses on ensuring partner satisfaction, identifying opportunities for growth, and proactively addressing challenges. You will lead renewal and upsell meetings, build relationships with internal teams, and stay informed about customer success trends. Responsibilities
- Ensure nonprofit organizations want to continue working with us term over term (typically yearly subscriptions)
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships to include other FreeWill fundraising tools and add value to partnerships
- Create warm, dynamic relationships with our partners and ensure they feel cared for
- Identify challenges internally and externally and proactively address problems
- Ensure tactics and processes are scalable as our team and partnerships grow
- Understand and communicate partner needs to the team internally
- Lead renewal and upsell meetings and other communications with partners while prioritizing partner goals
- Build strong relationships internally with Partner Success Strategists to understand partner journey up to point of renewal
- Creatively make and pitch renewal plans based on individual partner needs while utilizing best practices
- Work across multiple teams to provide insight on partner needs
- Communicate with partners about new FreeWill developments and proactively offer value
- Use existing processes while iterating to develop and follow detailed project management system to ensure all renewals are proceeding on schedule
- Stay on top of latest customer success techniques and trends

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on a SaaS customer success team, managing clients, and handling negotiations and/or in the nonprofit fundraising space is strongly preferred
