You will be instrumental in assisting clients in maximizing their use of our software, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring their success. Key responsibilities include conducting product demos, providing onboarding and training, identifying upselling opportunities, and gathering user feedback. This role demands strong communication skills, tech-savviness, and experience in account management within a SaaS or tech environment. Requirements
- Be fluent in German (native level) and English (professional level)
- Have at least 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales in a SaaS or tech environment
- Be passionate about open-source software and want to be part of a mission-driven company that promotes transparency and collaboration
- Love working with people, be a great communicator, and know how to build strong relationships with customers
- Be tech-savvy and excited to dive into the world of project management software
Responsibilities
- Build strong, long-term relationships with our clients and help them implement best practices with OpenProject
- Conduct product demos and tailor solutions to customer needs
- Support users during onboarding and training, and offer proactive advice on how to get the most out of OpenProject
- Identify potential upsell opportunities in a helpful and consultative way
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with our product, marketing, and sales teams to continuously improve the user experience
- Identify common use cases and document them to support other users in adopting OpenProject
- Lead engaging training sessions (online and on-site) in German and English together with our training team
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience working with CRM systems and data sheets
- Have worked with OpenProject before
- Speak additional languages like French or Spanish
