Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Manager, Accounts Team, in this position you will be responsible for leading customer retention and revenue growth within your territory of restaurants in Kent/London/Crawley/Watford/Essex
- In your role, you will be in tune with the local restaurant industry and will proactively engage with our restaurant customers
- You will be innovative in overcoming customer obstacles, and provide constructive perspectives to challenge current thinking
- The successful candidate will be positive and encouraging by nature, resilient under pressure, extremely organised and regularly sought after for insight, input, and collaboration
- Work closely with customers to increase product and feature adoption, improve their online availability and ultimately grow their business through our partnership
- Become a trusted adviser to our customers and influencing an ongoing retention of their business with us
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and upsell opportunities
- Maintain an expert level of understanding of all products and services that OpenTable offers
- Proactively incorporate company strategies into your work and constantly be on the lookout for opportunities to increase your impact with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, sharing best practices and learning from others
- Be highly visible and frequently face-to-face with our customers in the field
- Excellent time management, ensuring a balance between on-site visits and virtual meetings to improve efficiency and impact
- Stay current with organisational changes, initiatives, and vision
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and key internal stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Restaurant management and/or sales experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not crucial
