Requirements

  • Have 0-2 years of experience in a similar role within the Forex and CFD or finance industry
  • Possess amazing relationship-building skills showcased through a professional phone presence
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service abilities
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
  • Be capable of efficiently managing the sales pipeline while meeting various deadlines, including sales KPIs
  • Possess strong numerical aptitude; be comfortable engaging with data and figures

Responsibilities

  • Foster connections with warm leads, conduct demos, and engage with existing clients through top-notch communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
  • Keep clients excited about trading markets by regularly sharing insightful market analyses and trade opportunities
  • Administer KYC as a crucial step in welcoming new clients aboard
  • Efficiently address client inquiries by leveraging your expertise in our products and platform
  • Exude a positive, compassionate, and professional demeanor toward all customers
  • Skillfully translate complex information into easy-to-understand concepts, such as trading principles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have familiarity with MetaTrader 4/5 and cTrader platforms
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • Have a background in financial investments
