Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven sales results
- Commercial Roofing Sales experience and knowledge of systems and products
- Navigate software programs and accurately enter data in CRM
- Proficient in MS office XL typing and computer navigation skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively internally and externally
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customers
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills
- Superior verbal and written communications skills
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge
- Stable work history
Responsibilities
- Manage sales and develop customer share relationships with new and existing national customers
- Develop and secure new client relationships within the assigned territory
- Craft and present customized sales proposals and presentations
- Drive new business by managing the entire sales process, from requirements gathering to contract negotiation and integration with operations
- Collaborate closely with Management and Sales across multiple locations
- Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless execution of solutions based on client expectations
- Act as the primary point of contact for your clients
- Contribute to team success by working cohesively with fellow team members
- Ensure our roofing solutions are delivered on time and meet the clients specific needs and goals
- Partner with internal teams to identify new opportunities and drive growth
- Stay up to date with the industry trends, products, services, and policies, while assessing competitive landscapes and performance outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
Account Management experience is preferred
