Summary

Join Platform Science as an Account Manager to support strategic OEM partnerships. This hybrid role requires acting as the primary liaison between Platform Science and leading OEM partners, managing relationships from onboarding to maturity. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure partner success, optimize joint initiatives, and meet complex program goals. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills, thrives in strategic account management and project execution, and is tech-savvy. Responsibilities include leading joint initiative planning and execution, tracking partner performance, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and developing QBRs and partner roadmaps. The position requires 5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, partner management, or program/project management in a technology or transportation/logistics company
  • Demonstrated experience managing B2B partnerships with complex product offerings
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills; able to manage competing priorities and drive alignment across teams
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for partner engagement (up to 40%)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus)
  • Based in the Portland-Seattle corridor (flexibility for hybrid remote/in-person travel)
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Asana/Jira, and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned OEM partner accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships across both executive and operational levels
  • Lead the planning and execution of joint initiatives, ensuring clarity in roles, deliverables, and timelines across internal and partner teams
  • Track and communicate partner requirements, feedback, and performance metrics internally to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Support to support partner needs
  • Develop quarterly business reviews (QBRs), status updates, and partner roadmaps
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and status via CRM and internal reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with fleet telematics, embedded software platforms, or mobility ecosystems
  • Experience working in or with OEMs, fleets, or connected vehicle platforms is a major plus
