Summary

Join Spreetail as a Senior Manager of Account Management and nurture relationships with one of our largest strategic accounts. This hands-on role demands operational expertise and a deep understanding of e-commerce, ideally with experience in consumables and/or cold chain. You will work closely with strategic accounts, exceeding expectations through meticulous operational details and strategic insights. Drive measurable improvements in key operational areas, leading to increased efficiency and higher customer satisfaction. Demonstrate significant contributions to the strategic account's growth, leveraging insights and operational improvements to enhance brand value. Establish a trusted partnership with the brand, marked by mutual respect, understanding, and shared goals. Provide dedicated support to one of our largest strategic accounts, focusing on operational excellence and strategic growth of the e-commerce fulfillment business. Create a positive, engaging, and memorable brand experience for every customer.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in e-commerce operations
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 6 years of experience in a role with significant supply chain operations responsibilities, preferably in e-commerce, 3PL, or a related field
  • Ability to travel up to 30%

  • Provide dedicated support to one of our largest strategic accounts, focusing on operational excellence and strategic growth of the e-commerce fulfillment business
  • Create a positive, engaging, and memorable brand experience for every customer, 24/7. You go over and beyond to solve problems, innovate, and collaborate for the brand's value

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cold chain operations and/or consumable product fulfillment operations
  • Background in logistics, supply chain management, or related operational areas
  • Experience with large, strategic account management
