Summary
Join BillionToOne, a leading molecular diagnostics company, as an Account Sales Representative (ASR) and play a key supporting role within the regional sales team. You will assist field sales representatives, provide exceptional customer support, and maintain strong client relationships. The ASR will also cover open territories, ensuring service and sales continuity. This field sales position reports to a Regional Manager - Prenatal. Responsibilities include providing regional assistance, maintaining customer relationships, assisting with customer onboarding and training, acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments, providing coverage for open territories, coordinating logistics, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, 1+ years of sales support experience (healthcare background preferred), excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and a willingness to travel.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree required, preferably in a science, healthcare, or business-related field
- 1+ years of experience in a sales support or customer-facing role; healthcare or medical sales background strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and CRM systems like Salesforce
- Willingness to travel regionally to support field coverage, up to 50% travel required
Responsibilities
- Provide regional assistance by supporting the daily needs of the sales team across the assigned territory
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through proactive account support
- Assist with onboarding and training new customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution
- Provide coverage for open territories, including in-person or virtual customer meetings as needed
- Coordinate sample logistics, marketing materials, and other operational tasks as needed
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as marketing, sales operations, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery
