Summary

Join Q-Centrix as a Strategic Growth Manager and lead new business and expansion efforts across major health systems and national hospital networks. Collaborate with a strategic team to identify, engage, and close complex opportunities with enterprise partners. Develop and grow strategic relationships with enterprise hospital and health system leaders, build a robust pipeline of new business, and lead consultative sales engagements. Partner closely with the Partner Success Advisor to ensure a unified partner experience, utilize Salesforce for opportunity management, and stay ahead of market trends in healthcare. Serve as a trusted voice of the enterprise customer, influencing internal product and marketing strategies. This role offers opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling services or software solutions to large health systems or national healthcare networks
  • Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles, ideally in healthcare or health tech
  • Confidence managing high-stakes conversations with C-suite and senior leadership
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally in a pod model
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • CRM proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow strategic relationships with enterprise hospital and health system leaders
  • Build a robust pipeline of new business through strategic prospecting, partner referrals, and collaboration with internal teams
  • Lead consultative sales engagements that address client challenges through Q-Centrix solutions
  • Partner closely with the PSA to ensure a unified pre- and post-sale partner experience
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunities, maintain accurate forecasts, and ensure thorough documentation of engagement
  • Stay ahead of market trends in healthcare, including regulatory shifts and enterprise innovation in quality and safety
  • Serve as a trusted voice of the enterprise customer, influencing internal product and marketing strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in healthcare technology, data services, or hospital quality improvement programs
  • Familiarity with quality reporting, hospital regulatory requirements, or clinical data abstraction
  • Salesforce experience
