Summary

Join Great Minds as a Sales Executive and manage a sales territory, working with prospective and existing customers to understand their objectives and goals. Craft full solutions that include Great Minds curricula and services. This role offers exposure to multiple teams and significant growth opportunities. Develop strategic plans to identify and develop sales opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and manage the entire sales cycle. Collaborate with Account Managers to achieve territory goals and foster strong internal cross-company relationships. This is a full-time remote position with a base salary range of $75,000-$86,000.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-bearing enterprise sales experience preferably in the education market
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • High Drive
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Marketing or Liberal Arts
  • Periodically lifting, reaching, and moving product up to 40 lbs
  • Must be able to travel up to 40% - 60% of the time through a combination of domestic air travel and driving a car, including overnight stays

Responsibilities

  • Create strategic plans for the territory that identify and develop sales opportunities
  • Develop positive, influential relationships with key stakeholders (Curriculum Directors, Coaches, Principals and Superintendents) across territory
  • Manage territory holistically with ownership over the entire sales cycle from qualifying leads through close
  • Take leading role with Account Managers and Renewal Account Managers to achieve territory goals
  • Create strong internal cross-company relationships with Product, Success, Marketing and Business Operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with consultative selling
  • Classroom teaching and K-12 Leadership and or District Level Leadership Experience
