Requirements

  • Knowledge of labour legislation, collective agreements, etc
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment processes for different clients
  • Onboarding of new recruits
  • Resolution of incidents for workers (telephone attention, follow-up of absences, doubts with contracts or payrolls and promotion of benefits for workers)
  • Responding to customer needs and ensuring quality service
  • Administrative tasks associated with the position: monitoring and control of workers' hours, analysis of employee turnover and departures and reporting, both internally and to the client
