Requirements
- You have about 5-6 years of experience in digital partnerships, influencer marketing, client service, communications, or a related field in an agency environment
- You’ve worked with clients, projects and influencers of varying sizes in terms of budget and complexity
- You’ve worked on multiple projects at once interacting with both influencers and clients regularly
- You know your way around Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) - with very strong knowledge of formulas and pivot tables
- You’re able to lead the contracting/negotiations process and understand the nuances of creator casting

Responsibilities
- Running influencer campaigns with minimal oversight, utilizing support from junior team members
- Supporting influencer strategy component of new business efforts with minimal senior oversight
- Developing influencer casting criteria, reviewing lists created
- Building out updates and enhancements to influencer team processes and documents
- Supporting junior team development, running influencer training sessions and reviewing deliverables created by junior team members
- Managing communications with clients, with some senior oversight
- Leading budget management, liaising with finance and ensuring junior team members provide all necessary data
- Reviewing content for approval compiled by junior team members
- Leading whitelisting initiatives, either owning or helping to manage the process, with a strong grasp on placing a paid media spend
- Serving as a resource for colleagues who have questions about your expertise, applying learnings and best practices daily
- Overseeing reporting efforts by inputting influencers into Sprout Social, tracking influencer posts and stories, QAing for FTC compliance, downloading influencer content to account folders, and creating campaign reporting documents with minimal oversight

- Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (Please note, the salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation. In the spirit of transparency, we typically offer salaries within the 25th to 75th percentiles and cannot exceed the maximum listed. The final offer will depend on your experience, skills and qualifications.)
