Summary

ConnectOS is hiring a financial manager with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and at least 4 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles, preferably in a startup environment. The candidate will be responsible for posting supplier invoices/receipts, assisting with collections/debtors, payroll setup, running various reports, bank account reconciliations, and processing expense claims. They will also assist with the accounts payable process and budget tracking. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience (4+ years) in financial management, accounting, or related roles
• Knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable functions and bank reconciliation processes
• Professional experience in financial software Xero and Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets)

Responsibilities

• Posting of supplier invoices/receipts (Hubdoc/Xero)
• Assisting with collections/debtors
• Payroll setup
• Run various reports – WIP, Billables, matter reports etc
• Bank account reconciliations
• Assisting with accounts payable process
• Processing expense claims
• Assisting with budget tracking
• Finance ad-hoc tasks
