You will provide ongoing accounting support, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities include participating in due diligence, supporting ERP data conversion, performing month-end close activities, and assisting with audits. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of general accounting experience and excellent collaboration skills. Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience in general accounting functions (general ledger, journal entries, invoice processing, and/or payroll)
- Experience with ERP systems, including booking journal entries, running reports, and data integration/validation
- Excellent collaboration & team orientation
Responsibilities
- Participate in due diligence meetings, gather key financial data, and track action items
- Contribute to pre-close integration tasks, including data analysis of customer/vendor lists, contracts, and financial records
- Support ERP data conversion and validation, including customer/vendor data, sub-ledger loads, and balance sheet entries
- Collaborate with FP&A and accounting teams to ensure seamless financial process integration
- Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Provide support for accounts payable, expense reporting, and accounts receivable processes
- Assist with annual audits, internal/capital project accounting, and process improvement initiatives
- Support project management tasks, tracking integration checklists and deliverables
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments (e.g., Technology, Talent)
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Project Management
- 1+ years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
- Workday experience a plus
