Requirements

• Professional degree in Accounting or similar careers
• Advanced English level (written and spoken)
• Hands-on experience with operational tasks such as accounting records, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
• Proven experience working with ERP systems like NetSuite (not mandatory), SAP, or localized accounting platforms
• Comfortable using or learning AI tools to streamline and enhance operational efficiency
• 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end accounting processes: invoicing, reconciliations, taxes, payroll, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to adapt to evolving processes
• Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced, global environment

Responsibilities

• Structure and improve internal processes to support the controlled growth of the accounting function
• Support and manage external audit processes
• Perform and analyze invoicing, accounts payable, reconciliations, tax processes, payroll, intercompany transactions, and consolidated financial statements
• Prepare internal and financial reports with accuracy and consistency
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or local tools)
• Drive the adoption of AI tools for operational efficiency across finance tasks
• Ensure compliance while being flexible and adaptive in dynamic environments
