Accounting and Finance Senior Executive

Summary

The job description is for a Finance role in Binance's Turkey and MENA region. The role involves financial reporting, compliance, project management, and day-to-day accounting tasks. Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in accounting and finance in multinational companies

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate financial reporting
• Provide financial forecasts, financial analysis for Turkey and MENASA region countries
• Maintain tax, legal and financial compliance with local and global regulations for the region
• Lead and participate in Finance related projects when needed
• Actively participate to exchange license applications and regulatory reportings
• Maintain reconciliations within the scope of Finance
• Perform day to day accounting tasks including bookkeeping of bank transactions, taxes and personnel expenses
• Raise customer invoices and follow up settlement process of the invoices
• Liaise with customer support for customer related issues
• Liaise with banks when necessary and support treasury
• Maintain collaboration and communication with shared service centers and global teams resident abroad i.e. clearing desk, operations, finance, legal etc to achieve financial goals and objectives
• Contribute to financial/internal audits and provide documentation for audit team
• Involve in development of systems implementation and improvements
• Participate in establishment of Finance policies and procedures
• Secure strong internal controls are in place with Group Procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial market/ audit background will be an asset
• Knowledge of Logo Tiger, Netsuite as well as e-invoice, e-ledger will be an asset
