Summary

Join TubeScience, a performance advertising leader revolutionizing video advertising, as our Accounting & HR Associate! This full-time remote role, based in LATAM, is crucial for maintaining our daily operational efficiency. You will ensure precise accounting and seamless HR administration, reporting to the Assistant Controller. Your key responsibilities include managing accounts payable, contractor payroll, and providing HR support. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a compliance-first mindset. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in AP, payroll, or HR operations and be proficient in relevant software.

Requirements

  • Associate's/Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related
  • 3-5 years in AP, payroll, HR ops, or G/L accounting
  • Solid GAAP knowledge & accounting principles
  • Skilled in payroll systems (Rippling, Wrapbook, etc.), AP software (Ramp, Quickbooks a plus), and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Exceptional attention to detail, stellar organization, proactive, compliance-first mindset
  • Manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong written/verbal English skills
  • Can work LA hours (min. 6-hour overlap, 7 am - 7 pm PT)
  • Reliable high-speed internet and suitable workspace

Responsibilities

  • Process AP invoices accurately and ensure timely vendor payments
  • Validate invoices against contracts; manage AP inboxes and reconciliations
  • Resolve payment issues promptly; maintain meticulous vendor records
  • Support G/L, credit card, and month-end close tasks
  • Manage contractor documentation for 100% accuracy
  • Flawlessly process contractor payments via Wrapbook, Ramp, Rippling, PayPal, etc
  • Ensure compliant and timely contractor payments; support payroll validations
  • Facilitate smooth employee/contractor onboarding & offboarding (Rippling, Wrapbook)
  • Collect and file all documentation meticulously for compliance and audits
  • Assist with HR compliance, record-keeping, and admin tasks
  • Coordinate with IT & Finance for seamless team transitions
  • Maintain HR checklists and stay current on remote/global workforce compliance

Preferred Qualifications

Understands onboarding/offboarding; CA employment/contractor compliance familiarity is a big plus!
