Summary

Join TerrAscend as an HR Systems & Reporting Associate and support the daily operations of our HRIS and ATS systems. Maintain data integrity, manage internal workflows, and create reports and dashboards to guide decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills and a desire to improve HR systems. You will maintain accuracy in HRIS and ATS data, update system workflows, pull reports, assist with automation, monitor data feeds, support Smartsheet tools, coordinate support tickets, conduct data audits, and document SOPs. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 1–3 years of relevant experience. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, data analytics, or a systems/process-oriented support role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, and Word

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accuracy in HRIS and ATS data
  • Update system workflows, job templates, and notifications
  • Pull scheduled and ad hoc reports for business and HR leaders
  • Assist with light automation tasks and workflow optimization
  • Monitor SFTP feeds and Power Automate flows for issues
  • Support Smartsheet tools for onboarding, job requisitions, and check-ins
  • Coordinate support tickets and vendor communications
  • Conduct routine data audits
  • Document SOPs and maintain process documentation
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Familiarity with HR processes and workflows
  • Experience with HRIS or ATS platforms (e.g., Paylocity, Lever)
  • Familiarity with Power BI and/or Smartsheet
  • Exposure to automation tools such as Power Automate or Zapier
