Accounting Intern

Summary

Join A24 as a remote intern supporting the Accounting (Tax / AP / Brand) team, working up to 15 hours per week. You will be responsible for tasks such as sales tax submissions, purchase order/invoice reconciliations, and AP statement reconciliations. This internship requires a degree in Accounting or Finance, strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, and excellent communication skills. Experience in data automation is a plus. A24 offers an hourly rate of $17.50 for this part-time role.

Requirements

• Pursuing an Accounting or Finance degree
• Organized and detailed-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Sales Tax Submissions + Ad Hoc Tax Projects
• Purchase order / invoice reconciliations for DTC business lines (merchandise, music, publishing, DVD)
• AP - Statement recons, W9 project

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Data Automation a plus
