Accounting Manager

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, while a CPA or CFA certification is preferred. Compensation ranges from $1200-$1800, and the schedule aligns with EST.

Requirements

• Possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Be familiar with financial regulations and best practices
• Be proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other accounting software
• Have advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data manipulation
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrate strong professionalism and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
• Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in audit or financial consulting
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements to identify key insights and trends
• Prepare reports summarizing financial performance and findings
• Collect, organize, and sift through financial data for input into financial models
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial analyses
• Prepare clear and concise reports and analyses for clients
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to clients and internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience managing or mentoring a team
• Have 3+ years of experience in audit or financial consulting
• Hold a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification
