Accounting Technology Consultant

Join our expanding product team as an Accounting Technology Consultant, ensuring successful onboarding of customers to our SaaS accounting solution.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of public accounting (or equivalent) experience required
• BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
• Highly energetic, positive and passionate team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative orientation
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving and decision making skills
• Self-starter with a high level of initiative and follow-through
• Strong sense of ownership and urgency, organizational and time management skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and consultative skills
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines and respond to rapidly changing demands

Responsibilities

• Lead client kick-off calls, providing an overview of the FloQast implementation process and timeline
• Implement tailored automation solutions using FloQast software to streamline and improve clients' financial close processes
• Communicate project timelines to clients, leveraging your CPA expertise to ensure alignment with best practices
• Build and maintain client relationships primarily through phone and email communication
• Manage client progress and lead internal status update meetings
• Develop a deep understanding of the FloQast application and its functionality
• Train domestic and international accounting teams via screen share on utilizing FloQast during their month-end close
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical product support and accounting-related questions during the implementation phase
• Collaborate with other business units within FloQast, sharing insights to enhance customer outcomes
