Accounts Officer

Summary

Join our Finance Team on a 9-month fixed-term contract as a key member, managing accounts payable and receivable functions, processing invoices, customer payments, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, employee expenses, and more.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar full function accounts role
• NetSuite experience is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions
• Ability to manage medium to high transaction volumes efficiently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure

Responsibilities

• Managing accounts payable and receivable functions
• Processing invoices, customer payments, bank reconciliations (including FX accounts), credit card reconciliations and employee expenses
• Processing employee expense reimbursements and handling medium-level transaction volumes including invoices and credit card transactions
• Utilising Netsuite for accounting operations
• Collaborating with the team on project work to implement automation apps
• Responsible for related month end reconciliations which will include accounts payable, vendor prepayments, customer deposits, accounts receivable, open purchase orders, bank and credit cards
• Working closely with our Accounts Officer and wider Finance Team
