Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related experience
  • Ability with numbers and computations
  • Hard sense of responsibility and company core values
  • Excellent communication skills, bilingual in both verbal and written form
  • 80% English dominion is a must
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
  • Agile sense of work
  • Organized and proactive, takes initiative and prioritizes tasks

  • Experience with NetSuite and/or other ERP systems
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all accounts payable policies and procedures are adhered to including travel and related expenses
  • Improve and continue accounts payable policies
  • Maintain accounts payable files
  • Review of tax requirements
  • Weekly payments schedule
  • Prepares journal entries; maintains and reconciles ledger accounts
  • Ensure all reporting is completed accurately and timely including month end closing, audits and other requests
  • Maintaining constant and strong communication with the treasury and planning teams to ensure the veracity of accounting and financial information
  • Working hand hand with the company’s Treasurer to report weekly and monthly the expenses detailed by the cost center and tribes
  • Reconciliation and integration of accounts payable balances (by name and age)
  • Credit card reconciliation (by name and age)
  • Assist with audits by providing supporting records and documentation
