Join Global Expansion, a rapidly growing company, as an Accounts Payable Analyst and contribute to their exceptional Global PEO solution. This remote role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or similar fields. You will be responsible for daily bill entry, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 yearsโ experience in accounts payable, accounting, or similar roles
- Experience working in fast-paced, high volume, transaction oriented environment
- Data entry skills and interest in numbers
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Intermediate Excel knowledge (V Lookups, pivot tables, formulas)
- Team player with flexibility to work additional hours to complete the task if required, or help out other team members
- Strong client focus and good communication skills (verbal and written)
Responsibilities
- Review bills, raise and resolve queries when applicable
- Process bills for payment in a timely manner
- Process expense reports
- Process variable expenses such as commissions, allowances, and bonuses
- Prepare payments for approval in banking software
- Assist the accounting team in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions set out in the contract
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly close processes
- Create vendors in the accounting system
- Develop and maintain process documents containing details of all procedures, policies and standard operating procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Online a plus
- Familiar with Excel especially creating Macros and VBA's
- Experience in working with international clients
- Fluency in another language (s)
- Experience in payroll
- Understanding of customer relationship management
- Bachelorโs degree preferred โ major or concentration in accounting or finance preferred
