  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Deadline and performance driven
  • Detail oriented, efficient, and accurate

Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify, and process bills from vendors
  • Enter bills into the accounting system
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve any questions or issues that arise
  • Communicate with other employees to obtain necessary approvals
  • Prepare payment proposals and perform payment allocations
  • Reconcile vendor statements with accounts payable records
  • Maintain and update vendor files
  • Assist with monthly close and reconcile bank accounts as necessary
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team and assist with other tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NetSuite or similar software
  • Experience with Bill.com
