Accounts Receivable and Billing Associate

Join Teikametrics as an AR & Billing Associate and play a key role in supporting the global Billing and Collections team. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field
• 3+ years AR/Billing experience in the IT (SaaS/Software) industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

• Assist billing team in India with collections processes
• Ensure dunning emails (automated and manual) go out timely
• Assist with reconciling cash payments between bank and ERP system on a weekly basis
• Monitor AR inbox for custom responses to dunning emails and other communications
• Interface with the US accounting team on collection matters as needed
• Support the AR team in managing billing and accounts receivable tasks
• Use Excel to analyze and summarize data
• Assist lead in resolving delinquent AR, disputes and monitor credit card disputes
• Use Excel to analyze/summarize data and create reports for management
• Support sales, product, and services teams with ad hoc requests/inquiries

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dunning processes and cash applications
• Experience with NetSuite or any ERP software and Sales Force
• Familiarity with Stripe or similar payment processing platforms
