Requirements

  • Have 6+ years of related experience in Accounts Receivables, preferably in collections and cash applications
  • Demonstrate expertise in Accounts Receivables, including business services technology, processes, metrics, and best practices
  • Possess an operational understanding of Accounts Receivables Systems, architectures, and other enabling technologies
  • Demonstrate a strong Customer Service Focus, on both internal & external customers
  • Possess management presence with strong relationships at both the Corporate and regional levels and the ability to work across all management levels within the client's company
  • Embrace and drive change; stay abreast of best practices in Accounts Receivables and aspire to leverage new technologies as appropriate
  • Demonstrate experience in daily service delivery operations
  • Be strategic in nature; drive performance, efficiency, and effectiveness; be highly organized with attention to detail
  • Be confident, proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, goal and results-oriented, with experience in managing large organizations

Responsibilities

  • Serve as one of the two POLs in the Americas reporting directly to the SSC Director, partnering to design, implement, and evaluate a global Accounts Receivables strategy that engages global business services, and internal customers to strategically manage the Accounts Receivables regional workforce
  • Serve as a daily operational management contact for discussion, evaluation, and design of any additional service lines, added to the scope of services to be provided by the Global Accounts Receivables Lead and the SSC Director
  • Ensure strong, motivated Accounts Receivables talent is recruited on time and within budget
  • Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Promote and support the establishment of Service Partnership Agreements (SPA’s) with SSC
  • Actively participate with the Accounts Receivables Global Lead and the SSC Director to develop and maintain a sound AR Architectural framework for the system
  • Proactively lead deployment and issue management to drive optimization/stabilization of the Accounts Receivables Talent team
  • Lead performance management, guidance and direction, coaching, mentoring, and support for all direct reports
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive understanding, commitment, and support for the Accounts Receivables team
  • Actively engage with and provide guidance and leadership to the regional Accounts Receivables SSC team, providing input into SSC SPAs and KPIs
  • Manage and instill an environment focused on continuous process improvement and customer service excellence
  • Manage strategies focused on the enhancement of the overall Accounts Receivables Strategy through technology and innovation to facilitate the continuous improvement of services
  • Drive end-to-end standard processes for Accounts Receivables SSC in Americas
  • Maintain positive and constructive relationships with key stakeholders as measured by customer feedback and peer reviews
  • Meet and/or exceed all KPI’s and Service Partnership Agreement terms and conditions
  • Ensure a continuous improvement culture exists within the organization as evidenced through improved metrics and efficiencies
  • Ensure governance processes are in place for process change

Benefits

  • Salary range of (USD) $2,000 - $2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset
  • Three-month trial period (full-time), with potential for extension as a long-term contract based on performance
  • On-site position in Bogotá, Colombia, with the potential to transition to a hybrid model in the future
