You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading and developing the team, enforcing and improving processes, managing contracts and legal matters, overseeing client relationships, and assisting with budgeting and financial oversight. Requirements

  • Leadership & Decision-Making: Exhibit strong, accountable decision-making, including tough calls, while balancing decisiveness with empathy
  • Operational Excellence: Possess a detail-oriented approach and deep understanding of operations to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Quickly identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions to maintain operational flow
  • Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Demonstrate high EQ by understanding team dynamics, managing emotions under pressure, and providing empathetic support
  • Communication Skills: Communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively with both internal teams and clients, ensuring understanding and alignment

  • Proven 5+ years of experience in a Operations Management role or similar
  • A pro at Excel
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Understanding of CRM systems and sales processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Located within LATAM

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day business flow, prioritizing tasks, removing blockers, and addressing operational issues to maintain efficiency
  • Leadership & Team Development: Guide and support team members, fostering accountability, monitoring progress, and providing one-on-one coaching for performance improvement and morale
  • Process Enforcement and Improvement: Implement, monitor, and refine business processes, ensuring team adherence and introducing new systems or deadlines to enhance operational consistency
  • Contract & Legal Oversight: Review contracts for legal soundness, ensuring all necessary clauses are included and providing clarification on complex terms to support team members
  • Client Relationship Management: Oversee client satisfaction and retention, escalating and resolving issues to ensure clients receive the best possible experience
  • Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Assist in managing costs and expenses, monitoring budget adherence, and assessing financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility
