Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Generating and distributing invoices to customers
• Recording and reconciling payments received, including checks and electronic transfers
• Ensuring accuracy of customer accounts by identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Following up on overdue accounts, contacting customers to arrange payment, and negotiating payment plans
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions
• Preparing reports on accounts receivable status, including aging reports and summaries
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving billing disputes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Business Central; but not a must
• Experience with alcohol sales and working with distributors; but not a must
