Requirements

• Work 9am - 5pm London, UK time
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or finance roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Generate and send invoices to clients promptly
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions
• Follow up on overdue invoices and payments in a professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies
• Perform weekly reconciliations of accounts receivable ledgers
• Prepare regular reports on receivables and communicate with management
• Assist in developing effective accounts receivable strategies
• Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely payment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Grocery and high volume invoicing experience
