Accounts Receivable Specialist

Summary

Join Ni2 Health's Revenue Cycle Team as an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist! This fully remote position requires 5+ years of hospital and/or physician AR billing experience. You will independently handle hospital and professional claim billing, follow up on AR, and manage denials. You'll gain experience with proprietary tools and technology. A high school diploma is required (college degree preferred). Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and various EMRs and billing systems. Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of Hospital and/or Physician AR Billing Experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Proficiency with various hospital EMRs
• Proficiency with various billing systems
• Proven experience with hospital Inpatient, outpatient, CAH, Method I & II, RHC and Provider-based billing knowledge

Responsibilities

• Bill hospital and professional claims independently
• Complete thorough follow-up on hospital AR independently
• Complete thorough processes for proper denial management independently
• Gain exposure to our proprietary tools and technology
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree
• Proficiency with Cerner (EMR)
