Responsibilities

• Design and deliver ad creatives for Instagram and Facebook that reflect TLDR’s brand while driving performance
• Create ads that convert and develop concepts that break through ad fatigue in crowded social media feeds
• Design high-converting ad creatives for Instagram and Facebook that drive measurable results and hit performance goals
• Create visuals that combat ad blindness and capture attention with fresh, innovative approaches
• Use insights from competitor research and even e-commerce trends to optimize ads for conversions and revenue growth

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience with Slack, Google Workspace, and Notion
