Join StackAdapt as the Director of Revenue Operations for the EMEA region, driving revenue strategy and operations. Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years in a Sales Operations / Business Planning
  • Proven track record of success in providing strategic guidance and operational oversight in Sales Operations in Media or consumption-based business models
  • Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems and analytics around sales pipeline modeling. Familiarity with salesforce
  • Previous demonstrated success managing projects in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence, optimise processes, and develop strategies to support our core sales organisation
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and manage actionable, measurable projects to accelerate sales growth and operations
  • Drive operating metrics, organisational design, quota planning, forecasting, as well as revenue modeling and the daily execution of the sales operating plan
  • Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices
  • Optimise sales processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitors and analyses sales data to identify trends, provide insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Work with predictive models/tools to identify, design, implement, and continuously improve sales forecasting and planning processes
  • Driving key analysis to help design sales territories, optimise the sales coverage model, and improve various sales processes, practices, and procedures
  • Drive data-based decisions to drive continued revenue growth and profitability and collaborate with the broader organisation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in sales operations to continually improve processes and strategies
  • Maintain the governance (Rhythm of the Business) structure across the sales organisation (Steering Committees, Monthly Reviews, Leadership Offsites, All Hands, Operational Reviews, Team Scorecards, financial plans, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing analytical teams with a track record of attracting, growing and retaining high performers, but doesn’t shy away from rolling their sleeves up and getting their hands dirty
