Requirements
- Strong understanding of campaign operations, with the ability to contribute to the successful execution of tasks under guidance
- Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and assisting the team in enhancing processes, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues independently, demonstrating problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and presentation using tools like Excel, BigQuery, Tableau, or similar platforms, with a focus on developing analytical skills
- Experience in identifying trends, solving problems, and formulating data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign performance
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail, essential for managing tasks and supporting projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proven ability to manage tasks effectively and contribute to projects, demonstrating the capability to thrive under pressure and deliver results
Responsibilities
- Ensure campaigns are successfully launched and optimized, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise
- Collaborate directly with Customer Support Managers and Analysts on daily workload needs, client reporting, and ad hoc projects
- Investigate and resolve data-driven issues, applying analytical skills to improve campaign performance
- Take on increasing responsibilities, such as overseeing campaign reporting, optimizations, and contributing to ad hoc projects
- Demonstrate a strong interest in digital marketing, data analysis, and ongoing learning to advance within the company
