Requirements

  • Have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AdOps or digital advertising, including campaign setup, trafficking, and optimization
  • Be well-versed in ad techโ€”familiar with platforms like Google Ad Manager, DSPs, and SSPs
  • Excel at analyzing performance metrics, spotting trends, and making data-driven decisions that maximize revenue
  • Bring an entrepreneurial, can-do attitude, thriving in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity, ready to develop new processes and solve problems that may not have a blueprint
  • Understand the importance of security and confidentiality, and have a track record of handling sensitive data or information responsibly
  • Be adept at creating compelling presentations and written materials to communicate insights and recommendations
  • Be a team player who collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teamsโ€”while strictly adhering to operational security protocols

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing, monitoring, and optimizing PMP/PG deals, as well as monitoring open market data
  • Set up and organize meetings with partners, sharing updates on key product and demand opportunities
  • Contribute to maintaining our programmatic project roadmap and internal documentation
  • Support ad data requests, clean data sets, and assist with ongoing data analysis to identify opportunities to increase existing revenue
  • Help check implementations, report issues, and troubleshoot ad-related technical problems
  • Collaborate with the finance team to address billing discrepancies and provide support on revenue-related matters
  • Generate ad hoc reports for the team, wider organization, and senior stakeholders
